Runs on Paper 26.1.2 (26.1.2 forks work too) with Java 25.
Requires the HideAndSeek plugin, purchased separately (it can't be redistributed).

Every world properly named and organised, with weather and time locked in the lobby.

9 NPCs: Play, Stats, Levels, Daily Rewards, Ranks, Cosmetics, Shop, Guide and Socials, each with its own hologram card.
4 leaderboards: Wins, Found, Tagged and Karma, top 10, updating live.
/guide: a 6-page in-game guide with an I read it button that stops the reminder.
Treasure chest spot for opening cosmetic chests in the lobby.
Lobby hotbar with custom heads for Play, Stats, Cosmetics, Levels and Ranks.
Lobby protection: no hunger, no PvP, no damage, no item dropping.

✦ ECONOMY

Coins for playing: winning, finding hiders, tagging seekers, power-ups and fireworks all pay.
Dust for cosmetics, earned from levels, daily rewards, achievements and karma, never bought with coins.
Shop rebuilt: Perks, Special Blocks, Hider Chance and a Karma Shop, all tiered and working from the lobby and in game.
Daily rewards: a 14-day streak calendar with bonus days.
Achievements now pay Dust and show your progress on every locked one.
Treasure chests: keys bought with Dust, rebalanced so cosmetics stay worth saving for.

✦ RANKS

Donor ranks: VIP, MVP, HERO, LEGEND, MYTHIC, plus Media.
Perks: coin and XP multipliers (HERO x2, MYTHIC x3), double daily rewards, extra map votes, join full games, exclusive cosmetics.
Staff ladder: Helper, Mod, Admin, Manager, Owner, with clean weights and rank badges.
Levels sit next to ranks, so a donor rank never replaces a player's level.

✦ NEW LOOK

Menus: every menu is 5 rows with a glass frame and structured lore, including cosmetics, daily rewards and achievements.
Scoreboards: a lobby board with your level and wallet, and an in-game board with the map, timer, hiders vs seekers and your role.
TAB list: rank badges and levels in the lobby, live roles in arenas, your stats in the footer.
Chat: rank icon, level badge and colours per rank, mentions and emoji.
Polish: chat announcements players can toggle off, custom MOTD, styled join and leave, kick and ban screens, a resource pack with rank badges.

Punishment ladders with Hide and Seek offences: map exploits, quitting as seeker, AFK farming.
Staff mode and a full /sguide staff guide.
Command blocker: players only see the commands they can use.
