What you are buying

Everything sold here is a digital product: files you download, and the updates that follow. There is nothing physical, nothing is shipped, and access does not expire unless the product page says the licence does.

Delivery

Delivery happens the moment payment clears. Your files appear under Account → Purchases and can be downloaded straight away, as many times as you need. That download is the delivery; nothing is posted or sent separately.

Refunds

Purchases are final and non-refundable. A digital file cannot be given back, and the moment an order completes, the product has been delivered in full. This applies to every product on this store, including one bought by mistake, one that turns out not to suit your server, and one you no longer want.

The one exception is an abandoned product. If our team stops maintaining a product and it no longer works as its page describes, you can ask for a partial refund on Discord with your order id. When our team agrees, you get back 75% of what you actually paid for that product, after any sale price, discount or coupon, not its list price, and the points you earned on it are taken back. It covers products our team abandons, not products that stop being sold because something they depend on was abandoned. A server setup built on a paid third party plugin still works as our team built it; if that plugin's author stops maintaining it and we stop selling the setup as a result, the plugin was abandoned, not our setup, and the purchase does not qualify. Whether a product counts as abandoned by us is our team's call. This is the only exception for now; if others are added, they are listed here and the date at the top of this page changes.

Before you buy

Every product page carries screenshots, a full description, the dependencies it needs and the versions it supports. Read them. If anything is unclear, ask on Discord before paying: questions are answered gladly, and that is the point at which a purchase can still be reconsidered.

When something is broken

A product that does not work as its page describes gets fixed. Report it on Discord with your order id and what went wrong, and a fix or a working replacement follows. Support is given for the life of the product; a refund is not the remedy, the fix is.

Discontinued products. Updates and support last for as long as a product is maintained, not forever. Sometimes a product has to be discontinued: our team may stop maintaining it, or a paid plugin it depends on may be abandoned by that plugin's author, which leaves the setup unable to keep up with new versions through no fault of ours. A discontinued product is taken off sale and out of the store listings, its page says why, and it gets no further updates. Everyone who already bought it keeps access to the downloads they had, including the versions that work with what it supported. Whether a refund is possible is decided only by the Refunds section above: a product our team abandons can qualify for the partial refund described there, a product discontinued because a dependency was abandoned cannot.

Chargebacks

Opening a dispute with your payment provider instead of asking for help closes the account and revokes every licence on it, including products unrelated to the disputed order. These terms, the delivery record and the download log are provided to the payment provider in full.

Licence

A purchase buys one licence for your own use: one network, one client, or one project, depending on the product. Reselling, redistributing, leaking or publishing the files, in whole or in part, ends the licence immediately and without refund.

Store credit and points

Points and store credit are a courtesy, not money held on your behalf. They carry no cash value except where the rewards page says a referral balance may be paid out, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire as stated there. Abuse of the programme, including buying through your own referral link, voids the balance.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the day that order was paid for, and the date at the top of this page says which that is.
