Update v3.0
v2.1 ➜ v3.0
Paper 1.21.11 · Java 25 · SamPractice core
Highlights | Platform | Plugins | Fixes | Notes
✦ HIGHLIGHTS
- New core: Town Practice is now SamPractice. Arenas, kits, ELO ranks, RTP and settings carried over.
- 13 new kits: NoDebuff, Debuff, Potion, Archer, DiamondSMP, Shieldless, Lifesteal, Manhunt, Modern, Elytra, Vanilla, CartPvP and Creeper, all set up on the arenas and in both queue menus.
- Full red restyle: queue, FFA and RTP menus, hotbar items, chat messages, titles and ELO screens all rebuilt in the server's red style.
- ELO rank tags: Bronze to Champion now sync to LuckPerms and show a coloured tier tag in chat, TAB and nametags.
- Rebranded: setup renamed to SamPractice Setup, tablist, welcome title and lobby hologram updated.
- Menus rebuilt: Ranks, Cosmetics, Socials and Staff menus moved to the new CommandPanels format with the same look.
- Leaderboards fixed: missing placeholder expansions added, so TPS, prefixes and stats now show correctly.
✦ PLATFORM
- Server: Paper 1.21.11 on Java 25.
- Fresh jars: every plugin re-downloaded from its official page. When updating from v2.1, replace all jars in your /plugins/ folder.
- Core folder: /plugins/TownPractice/ is now /plugins/SamPractice/.
✦ PLUGINS
- Updated: LuckPerms · PlaceholderAPI · EssentialsX · TAB · CommandPanels · DecentHolograms · FancyHolograms · FancyNpcs · FastAsyncWorldEdit · WorldGuard · Multiverse-Core · ViaVersion · ViaBackwards · ajLeaderboards · PlugManX · VoidGen · UltraStaff · LPC · ConsoleSpamFixReborn
- Replaced: Town Practice ➜ SamPractice
- Removed: World Rule Enforcer (world rules are now saved in the worlds themselves)
✦ FIXES
- Join spawn: players no longer get an "unsafe location" teleport on first join.
- Worlds: removed dead world entries that failed to load on every start.
- Placeholders: %server_tps% and %vault_prefix% now work.
✦ NOTES
- License: paste your SamPractice key in the first line of /plugins/SamPractice/config.yml.
- Clean start: all player data, leaderboards and permissions users were reset; groups and ranks are kept.
